This November we will be returning to Marston Lodge Farm, positioned in the heart of a private 3000 acre Estate, cushioned between the Yorkshire Dales and North York Moors. The farm is surrounded by the unspoilt English countryside and offers a haven for the perfect Retreat setting. Abundant with wildlife, ancient woodlands, especially the birdlife, including the resident barn owl!
As well as a full Retreat itinerary there will be free time to relax in the hot tubs or enjoy walking around the estate’s many walks. Georgie has been practicing yoga for over 30 years and after having qualified she now teaches in her beautiful studio in Sunninghill and offers private and group classes.
She believes Yoga is for everyone regardless of age or shape and is passionate about sharing the benefits that Yoga can bring to overall mental and physical wellbeing.
Yoga asks tightness to bend and softness to be strong. It challenges the limits of the mind and body and encourages you to expand your field of awareness.
Her classes combine creative sequencing with a dose a playfulness and laughter while being compassionate, understanding and patient. She believes in the magic of movement & breath to create perfect harmony.
Annabel’s journey started over 25 years ago when she discovered how pilates benefited her body, kept injuries at bay and improved her mental wellbeing.
Annabel brings a sense of fun and humour to her classes and her compassionate nature has led her to broaden her horizons and also work with specific injuries, in particular chronic lower back pain, breast cancer rehabilitation, bone health and various musculoskeletal disorders.
Her belief in the quality of good movement and the importance of breath to enhance our overall wellbeing is something she is excited to share with you.
