Back in the day Yoga was traditionally taught in a one to one environment, building a bond between teacher and student.
Group classes are fun and help create a strong community, however, in a group class, a teacher may not be able to deliver the individual attention and guidance a student need.
Personalised sessions are great for beginners and advanced yogi’s alike. With one-on-one attention, you can work towards a specific goal and learn ways to build your practice. Each class is slightly different depending on how you’re feeling and what you’d like to get out of it.
In our private sessions, they are totally tailored to you. If you’ve never practiced yoga before, beginners will be introduced to the fundamentals of yoga (postures, breath, movement).
For those wanting to advance your practice, you will receive undivided attention as you explore advanced postures, work through any obstacles and go deeper into your practice than you might do in a public class.
