We collect data from you via two means, one is via the sign up to our newsletter via https://www.ahappylife.co.uk and the other is through our booking system operated by MINDBODY. In both instances, you opt-in to receive this information.
This information is stored on our mailchimp and Mindbody accounts for which we use to send you information about our trainings, workshops and courses we offer. It is not given to anyone else.
You have the right to opt out at any point using the unsubscribe button at the bottom of all newsletters and you also have the right to be forgotten at any point. If you unsubscribe your information will be deleted from the mailchimp account but if you would like to be deleted by other means then please contact us at georgie@ahappylife.co.uk
